Selling Your HomeRealtor signs are permitted in the community but are not to be placed on the common grounds. Resale packages (association documents, information and certifications that are required by Maryland state law as part of the sale of a home within an association) may be obtained from the Community Manager and the Condominium Manager at a reasonable cost. |
