Parking in Homeland Village

Homeland Village asks all owners and residents to abide by a “Good Neighbor Parking Policy”. Town home and condo parking lots have a limited number of spaces available to all residents and owners. The Community Association asks that all households with more than two vehicles, park additional vehicles at locations that will not negatively impact any neighbor's ability to park at least one vehicle in close proximity to their home. Some town home courts in Homeland Village have developed a voluntary reserved parking system for their residents and owners. Other courts may want to consider such a system. Trucks and inoperable vehicles are not allowed to be parked in association parking lots. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed.
