HVCA bid out its 2005 Grounds Maintenance and 2004/05 Snow Clearing contracts. HVCA selected the incumbent snow clearing contractor, McDonnell Landscaping, for 2004/05 snow services. Text Box: garbage disposal. HVCA is negotiating to reduce its 2004 concrete replacement expense to compensate for substandard services from Commercial Concrete. The Community Room was painted and the closets partially lined with Plexiglas to protect the walls from chair storage damage. HVCA approved the 2003 Audit performed for HVCA by by Geoffrey Brundage, CPA.
