Homeland Village
Homeland Village Community Association is referred to as an “umbrella association”
because our community contains four different types of homes including
two condominium associations. If your home is a condominium within the
Homeland Village Community Association, you are a member of two
associations. This can be very confusing to owners when determining
which manager to call for a particular problem or question. A general
guideline that applies 98% of the time is that a problem involving your
building should be reported to your Condominium Manager; and a problem
on the common grounds around your building (light poles, landscaping),
should be reported to your Community Manager, Association Property
Management, Inc.
