Emergency Vehicle AccessThe two condominiums in Homeland Village contain emergency vehicle access areas. These are side by side concrete strips (walkways) spaced to accommodate the tires of larger trucks (they are not spaced to accommodate cars). These emergency vehicle access areas are not to be used by residents or their guests. They are not for the convenience of residents, but for access in the event of an emergency. Any residents who utilize the emergency vehicle access for their own convenience are liable for the resulting damage to the turf, landscaping and concrete. The repair cost will be charged to the account of the unit owner. There is one exception - WITH THE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL OF THE Homeland Village COMMUNITY MANAGER, moving trucks may use the access lanes if the owner agrees to accept responsibility for any resulting damage. |
