Board of Director Meetings

Community Association

The Board of Directors of Homeland Village Community Association usually meet on the last Thursday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 18111 Homeland Drive. We invite you to attend these meetings, meet your neighbors and participate in your community. The community needs volunteers to serve on the Board and Committees. The Board does not meet each and every month, but does meet most months. The Annual Meeting is held in late November and a special notice is mailed to all members for this meeting.  The Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel meetings without notice to its members due to lack of quorum, inclement weather, or for other reasons as may be determined by a majority of the Board of Directors.

Condominium Association

The Villa Condominiums (formally known as Homeland Village at Olney Condominium) meet the 3rd Wednesday of every other month, starting in January, at 7:30 p.m.

Back-to-Back Townhome Condominiums

The Back-to-Back Townhome Condominiums (formally known as Homeland Village at Olney Townhouse Condominium) have no set meeting schedule. Meeting notices for the Back-to-Backs are sent to all 48 town home condominium owners. The meetings are held in the Community Room at 18111 Homeland Drive.
